At the current price, you are gambling that you will get a working product. If you don't like taking a risk, I would advise you look for another printer. This printer has not printed more than 1 or 2 pages without failing. Paper jams on EVERY use. Sure, this is likely one bad item out of many, but now I need to decide whether I want to spend my time wresting with the return policy and/or manufacturer. This may go in the trash today.

I just bought two of these for my fraternity, and have had no problems with either. They are very easy to set up. It took about 10-15 minutes for each printer.
